All of our jewelry is made to order. Estimate production time varies from piece to piece, please refer to each product's page with an accurate lead time. Paying for express shipping won't speed the production process. If you would like an item by a specific date please email us and we will accommodate as much as we possibly can.
All of our jewelry is made to order, therefore; we do not offer returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we allow a one time exchange of any unworn jewelry within 4 business days after item is received. Recipient will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Custom, rings, gemstones, special orders and discounted jewelry are all final sale. We understand buying fine jewelry online can be difficult so if you would like to book a virtual appointment please contact us to schedule an appointment.
All of our shipping is done via Fedex with insurance and signature required for all orders over $500. If you choose to opt out of "signature" please send us an email after placing your order. Please note that if you choose to opt out we cannot be responsible if the package is missing or lost.
International orders: we ship worldwide but please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and charges.
