All Natalia Pas Jewelry pieces are made to order. Estimated production times vary by design; please refer to each product page for the most accurate lead time. Selecting express shipping does not expedite the production process.

If you require a piece by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order. While timelines cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

 

RETURNS

All pieces are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a one-time exchange on unworn jewelry within 4 business days of delivery. The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Custom pieces, rings, gemstones, special orders, and discounted items are final sale.

We understand that purchasing fine jewelry online can feel uncertain. If you would like additional guidance, we are happy to arrange a virtual appointment upon request.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx with insurance included. A signature is required for all orders.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please email us after placing your order. Please note that Natalia Pas Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages when signature confirmation is declined.
